These Beef Bacon Wrapped Smokies in the Oven will be a hit at any party. Beef bacon is wrapped around beef little smokies then cooked in the oven. It’s a simple and delicious sugar free party appetizer that everyone will love.

Why This Recipe is So Good
For starters, what are beef little smokies? These are the same cocktail smoked sausages you see at parties used for pigs in a blanket but instead of using pork and/or chicken they’re made entirely with beef. They’re juicy and meaty with a bold beefy flavor. Beef little smokies are great to use if you don’t eat pork, and I paired them with beef bacon as well.
Look no further for the best party-ready recipe. Bacon instantly makes anything taste amazing. These little smokies in the oven are sooo good and are ridiculously easy to put together. Bonus points because this recipe makes a lot, so you’re all set for any crowd. Pair with Cream Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms, Air Fryer Potato Skins, Pizza Toast or Air Fryer Lemon Pepper Wings.
Recipe Ingredients
Beef little smokies – If you can’t find beef little smokies substitute with beef hot dogs or beef sausages cut into 2 inch pieces.
Beef bacon – It’s made out of the cow’s belly, so it’s fatty with a bold beefy flavor. I would avoid using turkey bacon since it’s very lean and will end up drying out in the oven.
Dipping sauces – Serve these bacon-wrapped little smokies with mustard, ketchup or BBQ sauce.
