Recipe Ingredients
Blueberries – Fresh or frozen blueberries will work here. If using fresh, make sure to discard any bad-looking ones and rinse them well before cooking.
Water and sugar – Equal parts water and sugar makes a simple syrup. Use filtered water and white granulated or cane sugar for sweetness.
Lemon juice – This adds freshness and a slight tang to the blueberry syrup. Lemon and blueberries go together so well!

Mix it into Greek Yogurt, drizzle over pancakes or biscuits, use it to make matcha lattes, or add it to your coffee or ice cream treats.
