I am not usually hungry in the morning, and I mostly prefer to drink tea. However, when I do eat breakfast, I want it to be healthy and sweet. My usual breakfast is either fresh fruit, My Homemade Granola cereal, or if I’m feeling fancy – this yogurt bowl with fresh fruit.

How to Make a Fruit and Granola Yogurt Bowl

I buy the unsweetened yogurt so I can add my own sweeter and control how sweet the yogurt is. I like to mix in either maple syrup or honey.

Next, add whatever toppings you want! I did My Homemade Granola, with organic chopped almonds, organic raw pumpkin seeds, and fresh organic raspberries. But you could also add organic chia seeds, nut butter, sliced banana, more maple syrup, or organic raw honey drizzled over top!
