Ingredients You Will Need For This Recipe
Fresh green beans – I recommend only using fresh green beans for this recipe. They have a fresh crispness that is perfect and delicious!
Mushrooms – One of the best things to eat is mushrooms sauteed in butter, salt, pepper, and dried thyme. While this recipe doesn’t include dried thyme, they are still absolutely delicious! I highly recommend sauteing the mushrooms before adding in the green beans.
Lemon and Garlic – Fresh lemon juice and minced garlic add so much flavor to this green beans recipe! The lemon juice adds a bright tangy flavor to the green beans and the garlic compliments them both so nicely.
Butter – Saute in butter. A little bit of butter tastes so good.
Salt and pepper – Use enough salt. Fresh green beans really need salt. And freshly ground black pepper makes everything taste great!
