Why This Recipe is So Good

  • It screams summer in a glass. Sparkling limeade is zesty and so refreshing – perfect for a hot day. You’ll love how super easy it is to make. The hardest part about this recipe is squeezing the limes which can be done with citrus juicer, then after that everything comes together in just a few minutes. The tangy lime juice pairs so well with the simple syrup and bubbly sparkling water, it’s like a homemade Sprite.
  • Speaking of Sprite, customize this recipe by using half lemon juice and half lime juice, add a splash of cherry juice or garnish with fresh mint leaves. Or for a different flavor use the Mint Ginger Syrup from this Mint Ginger Lemonade recipe.

Recipe Ingredients

Lime juice – Freshly squeezed lime juice is best to use for this sparkling drink. It takes a minute to juice them but it’s well worth it in flavor.

Sugar – Combined with water to make a simple syrup to sweeten this drink.

Sparkling water – Any sparkling water or club soda will work here. Just make sure to add the sparkling water just before serving so you don’t have a flat drink.
