Strawberry Lemonade Popsicles

Description

Strawberry lemonade popsicles will be on repeat all summer long! Soft, sweet, and perfectly tangy, these homemade ice pops are healthy and delicious. They are the perfect way to cool off in the summer heat or whenever you want a quick and easy refreshing treat!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice, 4 large lemons
  • 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons cane sugar

 


Instructions

  1. In a blender add the strawberries, lemon juice, and cane sugar. Blend until smooth. 
  2. Pour the strawberry lemonade mixture into popsicle molds. Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until hard. 
  3. Whenever you are ready to eat run each mold under warm water for 10 – 20 seconds. Enjoy!
