This Strawberry Watermelon Mocktail might be the best summer drink ever! It’s sweet and fruity with a good amount of watermelon flavor and a hint of zesty lime. This mocktail takes 15 minutes to make, and you can enjoy it as is or sweeten it with sugar or honey. Served over ice with sparkling water, this watermelon mocktail is the drink of the summer!

Why This Recipe is So Good
What is a mocktail? It’s a non alcoholic drink where sparkling water or club soda steps in for the alcohol. You can sweeten the drink with a fruit puree, like in this recipe, or you can use simple syrups like this Honey Lavender Simple Syrup or Passionfruit Syrup.
Anything watermelon flavored is my favorite. This mocktail is made with 4 ingredients – summer-ripe watermelon, strawberries, and freshly squeezed lime juice. It’s the best drink ever served with bubbly sparkling water.
Recipe Ingredients

- Watermelon – Sweet cubed watermelon chunks. Because we will be blending the watermelon, the texture doesn’t matter too much.
- Strawberries – Fresh or frozen berries. Makes this mocktail sweet and fruity.
- Lime juice – Freshly squeezed lime juice helps to balance out the sweetness of the fruit really well.
- Sparkling water – Top off your watermelon mocktail with the sparkling water of your choice. This is my favorite sparkling water because it stays fizzy for a while.
- Sweetener (optional). Even though the watermelon and strawberries were sweet already, I added a bit of cane sugar so that the drink was a bit sweeter. Add as much or as little as you like, depending on how sweet your fruit is.

Fill a glass halfway with ice. Add ½ cup of the juice, then top off with sparkling water. Stir and enjoy!
