Add white chocolate and coconut oil to a heat-proof bowl.

Melt in the microwave or over a double broiler until smooth and creamy.

Use a fork to coat a few pretzels in the melted chocolate.

Allow some of the chocolate to drip off before transferring to a sheet pan.

Refrigerate until the chocolate has hardened.
