Beef Enchiladas

with black beans

Recipe Ingredients  - Ground beef - Shredded cheese  - Black beans - Enchilada red sauce - Flour tortillas - Onions, garlic, jalapenos, and spices. 

Step 1. Cook the beef and assemble the enchiladas by rolling a tortilla with meat, beans, and cheese.

Step 2. Cover the rolled enchiladas in the red sauce and top with more  cheese. Then bake in a preheated 400F oven.

Step 3. Once the cheese is melted and golden brown, take it out and garnish with fresh parsley.

Top with sour cream and enjoy!
