All-purpose flour Cranberries Blueberries Vanilla extract Eggs Sugar Milk

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy then whisk in eggs and vanilla. 

Alternate folding in flour mixture and milk until combined. 

Fold in blueberries and cranberries.

Divide the batter into a muffin pan. Top with sparkling sugar.

Bake until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.

Serve

warm with a cup of coffee or tea!
