Chicken Dressing

Chicken cornbread dressing is an holiday side dish. It's filled with tender chicken, onions and green pepper and fluffy cornbread dressing!

Ingredients For Chicken Cornbread Dressing - Cornbread - White sandwich bread - A whole chicken - Green bell peppers - Onions -  Celery - Salt and pepper

Step 1. Into a large stock pot  add chicken, salt, black pepper, and half of the onions and bell peppers. Boil until the chicken is tender and falling off the bone. 

Step 2. Next remove the meat from the bones then add crumbled cornbread, bread, rest of the veggies, and broth to the pot. 

Step 3. Mix until everything is combined.

Step 4. Transfer dressing to a parchment paper lined baking dish.

Step 5. Bake until the top is crusty and golden brown.

Step 6. Allow to cool then serve this dressing with your favorite side dishes for the holidays!
