Cinnamon Raisin Bagels

Sweet, dense and chewy!

They are perfectly dense and chewy with a hint of ground cinnamon and juicy raisins!

Step 1. Mix all the ingredients together in a stand mixer until you have a soft but firm dough.

Step 2. The dough should be firm and not sticky at all. Cover and place in a warm environment until doubled in size. 

Step 3. Divide dough into 10 even balls. Make a hole in the middle with your fingers.  

Step 4. Place on a parchment lined sheet pan.

Step 5. Boil in water bath with brown sugar for 1 minute per side. 

Step 6. Then transfer to the sheet pan. 

Step 7. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes or until golden brown.

Enjoy for breakfast or as a quick snack with cream cheese!
