Fried Chicken Breast Recipe

Made without Buttermilk

Step 1. Cut chicken into cutlets then sprinkle with salt.

Step 2. Dip chicken into seasoned flour mixture.

Step 3. Then the egg, shaking off any excess.

Step 4. Then back into the flour.

Step 5. Fry in cast iron dutch oven for 4- 5 minutes per side until crispy.

Serve with mashed potatoes, pan gravy, and green beans.
