Chicken Tenders (Dairy Free)

Super Crispy and Juicy!

Recipe Ingredients - Chicken Breast - All-purpose flour - Egg - Black Pepper - Onion Powder - Cayenne - Paprika - Thyme - Oregano - Salt

Step 1. Cut your chicken breast into 1 inch stripes.

Step 2. In a bowl, combine your flour and seasonings, and in a separate bowl, beat your eggs.

Step 3. Coat your chicken in the seasoned flour mixture.

Step 4. Then dip the chicken into the beaten eggs.

Step 5. Then back into the flour.

Step 6. Repeat steps 3-5 until all the pieces of chicken are coated.

Step 7. Now in a large cast iron skillet fry your chicken for 3 minutes on each side.

Step 8. When the chicken is done carefully take it out and let it cool on a wire rack.

Serve with your favorite dipping sauce!
