Easy Bagel Recipe

Soft & Chewy!

Step 1. Mix all the ingredients together in a stand mixer until you have a soft but firm dough.

Step 2. Sit bowl in warm area until it has doubled in size.

Step 3. Cut dough into 8 pieces. Shape into balls. 

Step 3. Stick your index finger and thumb into the middle of the dough ball to create a hole. 

Step 4. Roll dough around both of your index fingers to create a larger hole.  

Step 5. Boil bagels for 1 min per side in a water bath.  

Step 6. Brush with an egg wash, then top with everything seasoning. 

Step 6. Bake until golden brown. Serve toasted with cream cheese.
