Easy Couscous Recipe

This easy couscous recipe only takes 7 minutes to prepare. It is light and fluffy and cooked with homemade chicken broth for extra flavor!

Ingredients Needed:

– Dry couscous – Chicken broth or water – Butter or olive oil plus more for serving – Salt

Directions:

1. Bring the chicken broth to a boil with a tablespoon of butter. 2. Add in the couscous and stir. Cover the pot with a lid and remove it from the heat.

Directions:

-  Allow the couscous to sit for 5 minutes, fluff it with a fork then drizzle with olive oil. - Serve with roast meats or veggies!
