Pumpkin Banana Bread

Recipe Ingredients - Ripe Bananas - All-Purpose Flour - Butter/ vegetable oil - Pumpkin puree - Cane Sugar - Vanilla Extract - Eggs - Baking Soda - Baking Powder - Pumpkin spice mix - Salt - Buttermilk - Walnuts

Step 1. In a large bowl, mash the bananas.

Step 2. Add in the pumpkin puree, cane sugar, eggs, and buttermilk.

Step 3. Whisk to combine.

Step 4. Fold in the dry ingredients.

Step 5. Lastly fold in the chopped walnuts.

Step 6. Pour batter into a prepared loaf pan, spreading it out evenly.

Optionally, you can top it with more chopped walnuts too.

Step 7. Bake for 50- 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Step 8. Allow your loaf to cool for at least 30 minutes.

Allow to cool then slice and enjoy!

Enjoy with coffee and tea for breakfast!
