Brussels Sprouts with Mushrooms

Ingredients needed: - Brussels sprouts - Mushrooms - Lemon juice - Olive oil - Salt and pepper

Step 1. Rinse and chop off the root end of the brussels sprouts. 

Step 2. Chop your mushrooms.

Step 3. Add the  all ingredients into a  2-quart casserole dish.

Step 4. Stir to combine.

Step 5. Bake covered for 40 - 45 minutes, or until the brussels sprouts are fork-tender.
