Recipe Ingredients

Turkey cut into cutlets Salt All-purpose flour Cajun seasoning Ground black pepper Dried thyme Ground paprika Eggs Avocado oil or vegetable oil for frying

Set up drenching stations to make battering easier.

Coat turkey cutlets in the seasoned flour mixture. 

Then into the whisked eggs.

Then back into the flour. 

Fry on both sides until crispy golden brown. 

Make a pan gravy with the pan drippings if you like. 

Serve

with mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables.
