Homemade Lasagna

with Fresh Pasta

Key Ingredients - Tomato sauce and paste - Ground beef or bison - Green bell peppers - Pickled jalapenos - Eggs - Flour - Herbs and spices - Ricotta cheese - Shredded cheese

Step 1. To make the sauce, brown your seasoned meat in a skillet then add your tomato sauce.

Step 2. Make your pasta dough in a food processer then roll it out into ¼ inch thick sheets, and finally boil each sheet for 1 minute and set aside.

Step 3. Now in a baking dish, layer your meat sauce, pasta, ricotta, and shredded cheese until you have used up all your ingredients.

Step 4. Cover with the rest of your cheese and bake in a preheated 400°F oven for 45 minutes.
