Hummus

Made with Oven-Roasted Red Bell Peppers & Fresh Herbs

Recipe ingredients  -Cooked chickpeas -Red bell peppers -Lemon juice -Garlic cloves -Fresh cilantro -Tahini paste 

Step 1. Wash, cut, and deseed peppers. 

Step 2. Roast in the oven until the skin of the peppers turns black.

Step 3. Once cooled, carefully remove the blacken skin.

Step 4. Now add the peeled peppers into a blender with the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.

Cook mixture until thickened.

 Enjoy with your favorite crackers!
