Perfect Sushi Rice Every Time

An Instant Pot Recipe

Ingredients needed: - Sushi rice - Rice vinegar - Cane sugar - Salt

Step 1. Rinse rice with cold water until the water turns clear.

Step 2. Add rinsed rice and water into the instant pot. Then cook for 10 minutes. Let the steam come out naturally for another 10 minutes.

Step 3. Season the cooked rice with rice vinegar, cane sugar, and salt. Gently fold to combine.
