Strawberry Banana Blueberry Smoothie

Recipe Ingredients - Frozen Blueberries - Frozen Strawberries - Banana - Whole Milk - Maple Syrup (Optional) Maple Syrup, Flax seeds, Chia Seeds

Step 1. Add all your ingredients into a blender.

Step 2. Now blend until smooth.

Step 3.Pour into your glass

If you like a thicker smoothie, you can add some more frozen fruit.

Or if it's too thick add a splash of milk.

Step 4. Finally serve immediately with fresh fruit, flaxseed or chia seeds!
