Creamy Polenta

Easy Side Dish!

Recipe Ingredients - Dried polenta - Chicken broth - Water - Butter - Black pepper - Thyme - Salt

Step 1. In a sauce pot, bring your chicken broth, water, salt, and dried thyme to a boil then add your polenta.  Cook for 15-20 minutes.

Step 2. Once the polenta is tender and has thickened, whisk in your butter until smooth and creamy.

Step 3. Finally, serve with more butter on top.
