Lamb Meatballs

Easy 25-Minute Meal!

Recipe Ingredients - Ground Lamb - Bok choy - Bread crumbs - Lemon zest - Garlic - Egg - Butter - Oregano and Thyme - All-purpose seasoning

Step 1. In a large bowl mix your ground lamb, bread crumbs, lemon zest, minced garlic, egg, and seasonings together.

Step 2. Shape the meat mixture into one tablespoon-sized balls then place on a prepared sheet pan. 

Step 3. Broil for 5 minutes.

Step 4. While your meatballs are broiling, sauté your washed and chopped bok choy for 5 minutes.

Step 5. Add cooked bok choy to your sheet pan with  meatballs. Cook for another 5 - 7 minutes, or until the meatballs are nicely browned.

Serve and enjoy!
