Step 1. Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy then add the eggs.

Step 2. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet then gently fold in the blueberries.

Step 3. Fill a lined cupcake pan with the batter and top with a sprinkle of turbinado sugar.
