Banana Bread Bundt Cake

Moist Cake With Crunchy Walnuts

 Recipe Ingredients - Bananas - Eggs - Vegetable Oil - Brown Sugar - Vanilla Extract or Vanilla Bean Paste - All Purpose Flour - Baking Powder - Baking Soda - Ground Cinnamon - Buttermilk - Walnuts - Salt

Step 1. Mash your bananas.

Step 2. Then whisk in the eggs, vegetable oil, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. 

Step 3. Next, combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients, stirring until everything is well combined. 

Step 4.  Lastly, fold in the chopped walnuts.

Step 5. Next, pour the batter into your bundt cake pan, spreading it out evenly.

Step 6.  Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.

Step 7. Once done, allow the banana bread to cool completely.

Recipe Ingredients - Cream Cheese - Unsalted Butter - Brown Sugar - Salt - Vanilla Extract - Powdered Sugar


Step 8. Add all of your ingredients to a stand mixer and whip until smooth.

Step 9. Decorate your bundt cake with the cream cheese frosting and chopped walnuts.

Slice and serve with a cup of tea and enjoy!
