Strawberry Muffins

Moist + Fluffy

Recipe Ingredients - All Purpose Flour - Strawberries - Cane Sugar - Turbinado sugar - Milk - Eggs - Butter - Baking powder -  Vanilla extract - Salt

Step 1. In a medium size bowl, add flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir to combine, then set aside.

Step 2. In a large bowl, cream your softened butter and cane sugar for 3-5 minutes.

Step 3. Next, add the eggs and vanilla extract to your creamed sugar. Mix until everything is combined.

Step 4. Now, carefully combine the wet and dry ingredients with the creamed butter

Step 5. Next, gently fold in 1 ½ cups of chopped strawberries, reserve the other ¼ cup for topping.

Step 6. Use an ice cream scoop to evenly fill the muffin liners with muffin batter.

Step 7. Once finished top with the remaining chopped strawberries

Step 8. Then sprinkle with turbinado sugar

Step 9. Bake in a 375°F oven for 25-35 minutes or until golden brown.

Step 10. Allow the muffins to cool for 30 minutes then transfer to a wire rack to finish cooling completely.

Serve with a cup of coffee or tea and enjoy!
