Cornmeal Pizza Crust

- It's fluffy with the perfect chewy and dense texture! - It's simple to make with a handful of pantry staples!

Cornmeal Pizza Crust Ingredients - Cornmeal - Flour - Yeast - Warm water - Olive oil - Cane sugar -Salt

Step 1. Mix all the ingredients together in a stand mixer until you have a soft but firm dough.

Step 2. Roll dough into a ball. It shouldn't be sticky at all.

Step 3. Place dough in a greased bowl in a warm environment until doubled in size.

Step 4. Divide dough into 4 pieces, spreading out to 8 inches or 11 inches for thin crust pizzas. 

Step 5. Pre-bake dough on a pizza stone to make pizza later.

Step 6. Or add your desired toppings then bake until the cheese is melty and bubbly.
