Air Fryer Potato Skins Ingredients: - Potatoes - Shredded cheese - Olive oil - Salt and Pepper - Green onions - Sour cream

Step 1. Wash and dry your potatoes then rub with oil.

Step 2. Air fry potatoes until until tender then allow them to cool for at least 30 minutes.

Step 3. Slice in half then scoop out potato leaving 1/4 inch inside the shell. 

Step 4. Brush  potato skins with oil then fill with cheese.

Step 5. Air fry until the cheese is melted and bubbly. 

Step 6. Lastly top with sour cream and green onions!
