Loaded Baked Potato Soup

Easy 45 minute dinner!

Recipe Ingredients - Russet Potatoes - Chicken Broth - Heavy Cream - Black Pepper - Cayenne Pepper - Celery - Onion - Vegetable Oil - Garlic - Thyme - Salt

Step 1. In a large pot, sauté your veggies then add seasonings, and potatoes. Bring everything to a boil, then reduce the heat to a simmer. Cook for  30 minutes. 

Step 2. Once the potatoes are tender, blend half of the soup until smooth, then add it back into the pot with your heavy cream and stir.

Serve with cheddar cheese, turkey bacon, and green onions. Enjoy!
