Step 1. Add your matcha into a small bowl.
Step 2. Then pour warm water into the bowl.
Step 3. With a milk frother whisk until smooth.
Step 4. Add in your sugar and continue to whisk until the sugar has dissolved.
Step 5. Fill a glass with ice.
Step 6. Now pour the prepared matcha over the ice.
Step 7. Now add your milk then set aside.
Step 8. In a blender, add the chopped strawberries, cane sugar, vanilla extract, and cream then blend until smooth.
Step 9. Finally, pour the strawberry cream on top of the matcha latte.
