Herb Roasted Whole Duck

Recipe Ingredients -Whole Duck - Fresh Poultry Herbs - Whole head of garlic - Dried herbs - Red Onion - Red Potatoes - Kosher Salt and black pepper

Step 1. Clean your duck then score the skin with a sharp knife.

Step 2. Rub with kosher salt and seasonings, then stuff the cavity with fresh herbs and garlic.

Step 3. Then place your duck in a cast-iron skillet and bake for 2.5 hours.

Step 4.  Add  vegetables then cook until well browned and crispy.

 Allow the duck to rest for at least 15 minutes before carving and serving.
