Smoked Mac and cheese is ultra creamy and filled with tons of smoky flavor. It's made over the stove then popped into the smoker to melt the cheese and get infused with mesquite smoke flavor.

Recipe Ingredients

Boil pasta according to package instructions.

Combine cheese, flour and milk to create the cheese sauce.

Pour cheese sauce over cooked pasta noodles.

Top with cheese.

Place pan of mac and cheese inside electric smoker.

Add your favorite hardwood chips into the electric smoker.

Serve

Hot with your favorite BBQ sides.
