Cheesecake Ingredients - Cream cheese - Sour cream -Graham crackers - Vanilla bean paste - Eggs - Sugar

Step 1. To a bowl add crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar. Mix until combined.

Step 2. Press graham cracker mixture into a springform pan with a measuring cup. Bake then set aside.

Step 3. Mix cream cheese in a stand mixer until smooth and fluffy. Then mix in the sugar.

Step 4. Next add in the rest of the ingredients and mix until everything is well combined.

Step 5. Pour cheesecake filling into a springform pan wrapped in aluminum foil or a silicone protector.

Step 6. Bake until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly. Allow to cool completely then chill in the fridge.

Step 7. Make the sour cream topping by combing sour cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla bean paste.

Step 8. Spread sour cream topping onto chilled cheesecake.
