These strawberry rice krispie treats are chewy and filled with bold strawberry flavor. They are quick to make and perfect any day of the week!

Recipe Ingredients

Melt the Marshmallows

Melt butter and marshmallows in a large pot over low heat.

Stir

Stir in strawberry powder and vanilla extract into the melted marshmallows.

Mix in cereal

Mix in more marshmallows and rice krispie cereal.

Pour

Pour cereal mixture into pan. Top with marshmallows and strawberries.

Slice & Serve

Allow to cool then cut into squares.
