Instant pot Sushi Rice

This sushi rice recipe is easier than ever to make in an Instant Pot. It's sticky, sweet and tangy and comes out perfect every time!

Recipe Ingredients

- Sushi rice - Rice vinegar - Salt - Sugar

Rinse sushi rice

Rinse sushi rice until the water runs clear under running water.

Cook sushi rice

Add rinsed rice and water to the pressure cooker. Set the timer then allow the steam to release naturally.

Mix in vinegar

Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt to the cooked rice.

Serve

Keep rice covered until you're ready to make sushi rolls or sushi bowls.
