Blend mashed sweet potato, milk, and spices until smooth. 

Pour into a mason jar then stir in chia seeds.

Stir in rolled oats. 

Refrigerate sweet potato  oats overnight or for at least 4 hours.

Serve immediately cold or warm up in the microwave if you like.

Serve

Topped with pumpkin spice whipped cream and chopped pecans.
