Smoked Salmon With Fresh Vegetables

Recipe Ingredients - Sushi Rice - Nori Sheets - Avocado - Cucumber - Carrot - Smoked Salmon

(Optional) Cream Cheese, Wasabi, Pickled Ginger, Soy Sauce, and Toasted Sesame Seeds

Step 1. Now cook your rice and season with sugar, salt, and vinegar. Then julienne your cucumber and carrots, and finally, slice your avocado.

Step 2. Place a nori sheet on your bamboo mat.

Tip: Place your bamboo mat in a gallon bag for easier clean up.

Step 3. Gently spread an even layer of rice on the nori, then add your fish and vegetables across one side of the sheet.

Step 4. Now tightly roll ensuring, none of the fillings falls out.

Step 5: Allow sushi rolls to chill completely in the refrigerator for several hours before slicing.

Step 6. Slice rolls into 1-2 inch slices.

Serve cold with soy sauce and wasabi.
