Turkey Breakfast Sausages

Recipe Ingredients -  Dark Ground Turkey - Homemade Breakfast Sausage Seasoning Mix - Olive oil -Salt

Step 1. Into a large mixing bowl, add ground turkey, breakfast sausage seasoning mix, and salt.

Step 2. Mix to combine with gloved hands or a spoon.

Step 3. Next, divide the sausage mixture into 5 - 6 uniform balls, then press them flat.

Step 4. Fry your sausages for 3-4 minutes per side in a hot cast iron skillet.

Serve hot with scrambled eggs or homemade biscuits. Enjoy!
