West African  Jollof Spaghetti

Recipe Ingredients - Spaghetti - Beef - Red Bell Pepper - Scotch Bonnet Peppers - Tomato Sauce - Chicken Broth - Red Onion - Garlic - Thyme - All Purpose Seasoning - Bay Leaves - Avocado Oil - Black Pepper - Salt

Step 1. Blend your peppers until smooth and set aside.

Step 2. Next fry your onions in oil then add to your sauce.

Step 3. Then cook your beef with seasonings for 10 minutes then continue to cook with your blended peppers.

Step 4. Finally, add your tomato sauce to your meat sauce along with your chicken broth and bay leave and simmer for 30 minutes.

Serve over spaghetti. Enjoy!
