Bison Jollof Spaghetti

Recipe Ingredients - Ground Bison - Spaghetti - Chicken broth - Bay leaves - Tomato Sauce   - Garlic - Scotch Bonnet Peppers - Red Bell Pepper - Red Onion - Avocado Oil - All-Purpose Seasoning - Ground Black Pepper - Salt

Step 1. Blend your peppers until smooth. Fry onions and garlic for 5 minutes then add  your blended peppers and cook for 3 minutes.

Step 2. Set aside and cook bison with seasonings for 10 minutes.

Step 3. Once the meat is browned, add your pepper sauce along with your tomato sauce, chicken broth, and bay leaves and simmer for 30 minutes.

Serve with spaghetti.
