This is the best beef bacon BLT sandwich. It's a classic sandwich made with beef bacon on rustic sourdough bread, juicy tomatoes, crisp lettuce, creamy avocado, and mayo. It’s simple to make but by following a few easy tips your blt with beef bacon will come out totally delicious every time!
4piecesof green leaf or romaine lettucerinsed and dried
½large avocadosliced

Instructions
Line a sheet pan with aluminum foil. Line slices of bacon side by side on the sheet pan. Cook at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until the bacon is crispy. Transfer cooked bacon to a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
Toast both slices of bread on one side then spread the soft side of bread with mayo.
Layer the bottom piece of bread with 1 piece of lettuce, 2 slices of tomato sprinkled with salt and black pepper, and a few slices of avocado. Top with 3 - 4 pieces of bacon and one more piece of lettuce.
Top the sandwich with the other slice of bread, then gently press it down then cut the sandwich in half.
Repeat the same steps to make the other sandwich.
Serve immediately with french fries, potato chips, or your favorite salad, and enjoy!
