This fresh peach ninja creami sorbet is sweet, creamy, and intensely peachy. Made with fresh peaches, cane sugar, and lemon juice this sweet frozen treat is healthy and the perfect way to cool off this summer.
Start by rinsing and peeling your peaches using a vegetable peeler, then cut them into chunks.
Add the peaches, cane sugar, and freshly squeezed lemon juice to a blender. Pureeing everything until smooth then pour the peach mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container, making sure it doesn’t go over the max fill line.
Cover with a lid then freeze on a level surface for at least 22 - 24 hours.
Once frozen, remove the lid then insert the pint container into the Ninja creami outer bowl, and then into the machine.
Press the SORBET button then allow it to run through the cycle, this usually takes under 2 minutes.
Scoop, serve, and enjoy!
Notes
If you want to use frozen peaches make sure to thaw them for at least 30 minutes before blending. If your sorbet appears a little crumbly add a splash or juice then run it through the RE-SPIN cycle until it reaches your desired texture.
