Turkey breakfast sausage patties are made with ground turkey and homemade spice mix and then pan-fried until perfectly golden brown and crisp on the outside. These juicy turkey patties are healthy and more delicious than any store-bought breakfast sausage.

Instructions
Start by heating a large cast iron skillet on medium-high heat with 1 - 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Into a large bowl, mix together ground turkey, sausage seasoning, and salt with gloved hands or a spoon until the seasoning is wel incorporated.
Next, divide the sausage mixture into 5 - 6 unifrom balls. Press the meat out a little large than you want because the meat will shrink as it cooks.
Add the patties carefully to the hot skillet making sure to leave 2 inches of space all around each patty so they get a nice sear. Cook in batches if you need to.
Fry patties on both sides for 3 - 4 minutes per side or until they are nicely seared and golden brown.
Transfer the cooked turkey sausage patties to a serving platter. Serve hot with scrambled eggs or homemade biscuits. Enjoy!
Notes
Storing. Wrap any leftover patties with plastic wrap or in plastic baggies. Store in the refrigerator for 3 - 4 days or in the freezer for several weeks. Reheating.
