Bacon wrapped asparagus in the air fryer is the perfect combination of deliciousness! Crisp asparagus spears are wrapped with smoky beef bacon then air fried until crispy perfection! If you love asparagus and bacon this is a recipe that you’ll want to make on repeat!
Rinse and dry asparagus. Trim off about 1 - 2 inches from the bottom to remove the wooden stems. Toss with olive oil and black pepper.
Wrap 4 - 5 pieces of asparagus with a piece of bacon. Place bacon wrapped asparagus bundles into the air fryer seam-side down. Leave space around each one so they will crisp up better, work in batches if needed.
Set the air fryer to 385F degrees for 8 - 12 minutes, or until the bacon is cooked, slightly crispy and the asparagus is tender. Cooking time will vary depending on the thickness and size of your asparagus spears.
Allow to cool slightly then serve hot as a snack, appetizer or main dish. Enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers in the fridge inside an air tight container for up to 2 days. Reheat in a preheated 400F degree oven for 10 - 12 minutes or until heated through.
