Air fryer lamb chops are perfectly cooked in 10 minutes! In this simple lamb chops recipe juicy lamb chops are rubbed with olive oil, dried rosemary and thyme then cooked in the air fryer for a couple of minutes until crispy and delicious. They are perfect for a holiday dinner or special weeknight meal! Pair with creamy mashed potatoes or roasted broccoli for dinner!
Preheat your air fryer to 385 degrees Fahrenheit for 5 - 7 minutes beforehand.
If you are using a frenched rack of lamb use a sharp knife to cut in between the bones to create your lamb chops.
Rise and pat the lamb chops dry then drizzle with olive oil. Rub the seasonings all over the lamb chops until they are well coated.
Place lamb chops in the preheated air fryer basket leaving a little space in between each one. Set a timer to cook for 5 - 6 minutes per side for a total of 10 - 12 minutes. If you using lamb loin or large lamb chops you might need to add an extra 2 - 3 minutes to the cooking time. If you want your lamb chops a little pink on the inside, cook for 4 - 5 minutes per side. Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness - 145F for medium rare and 150 - 160F for well done.
Once finished cooking, transfer lamb chops to a serving platter then allow them to cool for 5 minutes to allow the juices to redistribute. Serve and enjoy!
