In a large mixing bowl mix together: rolled oats, ground caradmom, ground cinnamon, salt, vanilla extract, and vegetable oil/ ghee.
Mix until well combined, and all the oats are well coated.
Pour onto a parchment-lined sheet pan and spread out.
Bake for 20 minutes, stirring after 10 minutes.
Allow the granola to cool completely on the baking sheet.
Transfer to an airtight container. Enjoy!

You can use quick oats instead of rolled oats as well. You could use honey, just make sure you keep an eye on it to make sure it doesn’t burn on the bottom.Last for about a week in an airtight container.
