Ninja Creami vanilla ice cream is a healthy and sweet frozen treat that your kids will love! Smooth creamy and super easy to make, this vanilla ice cream is a treat that you’ll make over and over again this summer!
In a medium-sized mixing bowl add softened cream cheese and cane sugar. Mix with a spoon until completely combined with the sugar, there shouldn’t be any streaks or chunks of cream cheese.
Slowly whisk in the milk making sure everything is fully combined. Next add the heavy cream, vanilla bean paste, and salt.
Pour the ice cream base into the Ninja Creami pint container. Freeze on a level surface for at least 24 hours.
Remove the lid from the container then place in the Ninja Creami outer bowl. Secure it with the lid, then insert it into the machine. Press the ICE CREAM button and let it run through the cycle, this usually takes 1 minute 39 seconds.
Remove from the machine. The ice cream should be smooth, if it isn’t run it through the RE-SPIN cycle with a splash of cream or milk until it reaches your desired consistency.
Scoop and serve as is or with your favorite toppings! Enjoy!

Pro Tips
You can warm up the cream cheese to make it combine with the sugar better.
It’s really important to mix the cream cheese with the sugar before trying to mix it with the other ingredients. Otherwise, you’ll end up with cream cheese chunks in your ice cream, which isn’t what we want! You could also try heating up the cream cheese first then combining it with the sugar.
If your ice cream turns out crumbly after spinning the first time, then run it through the RE-SPIN cycle with a splash of cream or milk until it reaches your desired consistency.
How To Store/ Make Ahead
Make ahead. You can make and freeze the ice cream base several days in advance. Then just pull it out whenever you want to blend. Storing. I like to store any leftovers in these reusable freezer-safe containers. It can last in these airtight containers for several weeks.
