These beef breakfast sausage patties are juicy and flavorful. Made with ground beef, homemade breakfast sausage seasoning mix, and a little bit of vegetable oil, this amazing breakfast couldn’t be easier to make!
In a large mixing bowl add the ground beef and homemade breakfast sausage seasoning. Using gloves, mix everything together very well until they aren’t any pockets of seasonings.
Heat a large cast iron skillet on medium-high heat until hot. Add the vegetable oil, then form the meat into patties, you should get about 6 or 7.
Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes per side until cooked through and seared on both sides.
